Google Smart lock feature will keep your device unlocked whenever you are at a trusted place or using a trusted device or when your device is nearby your body.

Step 1: First of all, bring down the Notification panel from the top and tap the Settings icon.
Step 2: Next, tap on the Lock screen.
Step 3: Up Next, tap on Smart lock.
Here you will see three options:
On-body detection: This option will unlock your device while it’s in motion. It means that once you have unlocked your S21 device, it will remain unlocked when you are holding it in your hand. And it will be locked when you put it down.
TO enable it, tap on the option -> turn ON the button -> Tap on continue to agree and enable on-body detection
Trusted places: It allows you to set your home/office location where your S21 device will remain unlocked.
Tap on Add trusted place -> Use the search bar and find out the location your want to add -> Tap on your location -> Tap OK to confirm.
Repeat the process to add another location. To update or delete, tap on a trusted place and delete it.
Trusted device: This option will allow you to keep your Samsung galaxy s21 device unlocked whenever your S21 is connected to a trusted Bluetooth device such as Car Bluetooth or Bluetooth speaker. Make sure the connection range of up to 100 meters.
Step 4: Choose an option from the above and enable it.

Step 1: Tap on Settings.
Step 2: Now, tap on the Lock screen.
Step 3: Next, tap on Secure lock settings.
Step 4: At last, Turn ON the Lock instantly with side key.
How to Turn Off Smart Lock in Galaxy S21 with Lockdown Option
When you enable the show lockdown option, it will temporarily disable the smart lock, biometric unlock, and notifications on the lock screen.
You can also see the lockdown option in the power menu.
Tap on Settings -> Lock screen -> Secure lock settings -> Turn ON Show lockdown option
From now onwards, you won’t be able to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S21 device using fingerprint, face unlock, or other smart lock options. Instead, unlock your phone using a PIN or Password to use biometric security again.
